ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

An AI assistant for day-to-day operations

The Il Genio chat and the co-pilot allow you to question the operational context, prepare a needs analysis and examine proposals for action from the event environment.

Il Genio Contextual Chat

Ask questions in natural language about guests, registrations, rooms and transfers. The wizard uses the context of the page and the available information to support operational reading.

Analysis and decision support

The needs analysis engine and the co-pilot complement the indicators and conflict detection. AI model analyzes are configuration dependent; the photographed demonstration works in local mode.

Agent and actions to validate

The Problems pane presents a diagnosis and actions proposed to authorized users. Corrections require confirmation before application: the team retains control over operations.

Example questions: “Who is without a room?” », “What points to check before arrivals? » or “Which transfers require special attention? »

THE SCOPE IN DETAIL

The functions, at your pace.

Open the modules that interest you to discover their role and use.

20 modules presented
Operational center

Manage guests present, arrivals, departures, transfers, rooms and alerts. Indicators, conflicts and quick actions help teams identify topics to address during operations.

Managing multiple events

Create and select the active event to scope the work. Dates, location and operational information are attached to the event to facilitate the transition from one operation to another.

Guests and participant files

Centralize identities, organizations, categories and statuses. Search for a guest, use list or map views, consult their file and link their stay to activities, transport and reception operations.

Registrations

Have a registration management module and an associated public form. Prepare data collection of the information necessary for participants according to the system chosen for the event.

Activities and program

Organize activities, schedules, capacities and participants. The operational center presents participation rates and attendance to monitor the program and identify points of attention.

Hotels and availability

Manage hotels, capacities and allocated rooms. Consult guests accommodated, nights and availability to prepare assignments and monitor the stay.

Rooms and rooming list

Allocate rooms and organize accompanying persons according to the information available. The rooming list export facilitates the operational sharing of assignments with the teams concerned.

Catering and F&B

Find a module dedicated to the catering aspect of the event, in the same environment as the guests, accommodation and program. Its use is specified according to the organization chosen.

Arrivals, departures and flights

Find trips, dates, times and statuses. Synchronization of flight information depends on the configured integration; the data remains viewable in the operational modules.

Transfers and transportation plan

Organize journeys and follow missions using management, calendar, visual plan or list. Distinguish between airport transfers, station transfers and activities to adapt the reading to the field.

Vehicles and drivers

Manage vehicles, capacities and drivers then link them to missions. Reading the fleet and allocations accompanies the preparation of the transport plan and the identification of uncovered needs.

Home and QR scanning

Read a QR with the camera, an image or manual input. Modes include check-in, badge, profile verification, hotel, activity, and check-out. View the history of saved scans.

Field positions

Adapt the stations to the control tasks and operator roles. The reception teams have a route for document checks, validations and the delivery of cards.

Alerts, conflicts and reminders

Consult the alerts and conflicts detected then process the actions in the relevant modules. Monitoring and reminders complete the dashboard to organize the work of the teams.

Messaging and notifications

Discuss in the event environment and prepare targeted communications. Email, WhatsApp, SMS and push channels depend on the activated services, their configuration and the necessary authorizations.

Participant documents

Associate and find guest documents in a dedicated space. Filters and document types make tracking easier; access must be organized according to the responsibilities of the teams.

Reporting and exports

Export module data in CSV or Excel and prepare the activity schedule in PDF. Share a working view or extend the analysis outside the application.

Participant portal

Offer a mobile web space for travel information, schedule, documents and messaging. The participant has an access point adapted to the progress of their stay.

Driver portal

Present missions, navigation and statuses in a mobile web portal. Drivers have a view adapted to their transport program and the monitoring of their missions.

Roles, languages and mobile access

Adapt navigation to the administration, event manager, transport, hotel, reception or operators. Interface in French, English, Italian and Arabic RTL; web application installable in PWA.
